At 9:16 Am of February 2nd, Beichuan People’s Hospital Ward Building constructed by the 4^th Branch Company of group corporation topped off smoothly. It marked the roof-sealing of the aid project. The office building and patient building of the project topped off ahead of schedule on January 8^th. Group corporation once again created a miracle in aid project from beginning of November 2^nd to roof-sealing of February 2^nd .

The roof-sealing ceremony was held solemnly and fervently on the site. General director of Shandong Provincial Leading Team Front Headquarter for aiding Sichuan, member of the Standing Committee of Weifang party Committee, Vice mayor Xu Zhenxi and General director of Weifang Front Headquarter for aiding Sichuan Sang Fuling attended the ceremony, as well as the 4^th branch company staff participating in the construction of Beichuan Hospital, other aid unit representatives for group corporation and staff of Beichuan People’s Hospital. Beichuan People’s Hospital is the highest building in Beichuan new county with building area of 24000 square meters and general height of 43.05 meters. Project of Ward building is A grade high-raise frame—shear wall structure with one storey underground and nine storeys on the ground. Patient building is multi frame structure with three storeys on the ground. The safety rank of the building is second grade, category for fortification against earthquake is the “key fortification one”. Tenure of use of structure design is 50 years, the seismic resistance grade of shear wall is first grade, seismic resistance grade of frame is second grade. The seismic resistance intensity is 8.
