&On October 17, 2016, the Xuefu new town project of Weifang Bincheng Construction Group Co., Ltd. jointly participated by the seventh and eighth companies of the group won the bid. The construction area of the project is 86220 square meters and the total cost is about 150 million yuan. The project is located in the north of the existing urban area of Binhai Development Zone, along the innovation street in the north and Xiyuan Road in the East. According to the agreement, the project will be completed on March 30, 2018.
